Corrections and questions about our guides are welcome by email. Every message is read by the editorial team.
Write to [email protected]. A subject line that names the state and the page helps us find the problem quickly.
Questions about your own SNAP case
We are an independent website, not a government agency. We cannot see your case, check your balance, change your address or speed up an application, and we will never ask for your case number, card number, PIN or Social Security number. For anything about your own benefits, use the phone numbers and portal on your state's page. A lost or stolen EBT card should be reported to the card's customer service number straight away.
What to write to us about
- Corrections. A phone number that no longer works, a link that moved, an income limit or deposit date that changed. Tell us the state and, if you can, the official page that shows the right information.
- Gaps. A rule or program in your state that a page should explain but does not.
- Questions about a guide. If a section is unclear, your question helps us improve it for everyone.
What we do not accept
We do not publish sponsored posts or guest posts and do not sell links. Offers of that kind will not get a reply.
Privacy
We use the details in your email only to reply to you. Please do not send personal documents or case details. Our privacy policy explains how long messages are kept and what your rights are.
